PDQ.com (formerly Admin Arsenal) came into existence after the founders spent their professional lives supporting IBM Tivoli Framework and Microsoft SCCM for very large organizations (10,000+ systems).
After supporting the big boys for so many years, the founders decided to take a different road and they created a systems management solution for the SMB market. Previous attempts by larger companies to service small and medium sized companies had fallen flat and the founders felt that a solution could be realized by simplifying systems management into two separate core products; software deployment, and inventory collection & reporting.
Thus were born PDQ Deploy and PDQ Inventory. Simple products that install quickly, save IT admins a ton of time, and just work. PDQ Deploy and PDQ Inventory have quickly spread across the globe. Over 200,000 organizations have used the free versions, and over 18,000 of those have moved to the enterprise level.
PDQ.com is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah.
PDQ Inventory Tracks It All
PDQ Inventory is a systems management tool that scans Windows computers to collect hardware, software, and Windows configuration data.
Out of the box, computers are automatically grouped based on
common data. View computers that have the same installed
applications, hardware, operating systems, and even Windows updates.
Additionally, create groups based on your own criteria.
Easily launch remote desktop, remote command, reboot/shutdown,
WOL, event viewer, and
more. Incorporate and run your own scripts and favorite
utilities with ease.
Report on the exact data you need by using the built-in reports
or create your own. Reports are created using our filters or even
SQL. Run reports on any or all computers in the database then print,
export and even save and email on a regular schedule to all your
Integration with PDQ Deploy

PDQ Deploy to deploy
to those particular PCs. Automatically update PDQ Inventory directly
following the deployment. However, best of all is automatically
deploying when a computer goes from offline to online in PDQ
Insanely Detailed Data Tracking
The Collection Library makes it easy to see which computers have
out-of-date popular applications or run times. These groupings are
updated as new versions of these apps, updates, and runtimes are
released and serve as great templates for creating your own.
Find What You Want, When You Want
PDQ Inventory offers customization in what data is gathered and when.
Make sure the information most important to you is at hand at the time
it’s needed. Easily scan for:

How We License
All of our free mode software is 100% free to use in any setting. Commercial, government, educational, criminal (well, maybe not that last one).
You are free to share the software with friends and colleagues, as long as it’s not modified in any way (without our written permission).
Our licensing is simple
One license per admin.
Licensing is not based on managed computers, the number of PDQ consoles, where PDQ is installed, if you share credentials, or even if you only access through the command line (CLI); it is based solely on the number of living breathing admins actually using the software. If you have 3 admins, you will need 3 licenses (sorry, no sharing).
We are subscription based, so one license is good for a full year.
